HR Coordinator Salary: £27,500
HR Coordinator hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday
HR Coordinator Company benefits:

HR Coordinator roles and responsibilities:
* Provide advice and solutions to the home managers regarding employee relation queries.
* Offer support in conduct investigations including taking notes for any meetings required.
* Ensure that all personal files meet the compliance regulations and employees are recruited safely.
* Support the home managers/admins with safe recruitment process and policies.
* Coordinating any induction training for new starter
* Coordinate the on-boarding process for new starters, ensuring they are issued with employment contracts.
* Manage the overseas recruitment on the SMS portal.
* Ensure the compliance is met according to the immigration for the group
The perfect candidate should have:
- Proficiency in office 365
- Attention to detail.
-Great time management
-approachability.
