About the Role

This position involves providing tailored support to students with special educational needs, promoting their academic, social, and emotional growth.


The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs, and a passion for delivering high-quality support to enhance their learning experiences.


Main Responsibilities:

  • To offer individualized support to students, helping them achieve their full potential.
  • To collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement personalized learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
  • To maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders regarding student progress and any concerns.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in education or a related field, preferably with experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
