Senior Learning Support Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Learning Support Specialist to join our team at Parker Smith Inclusion. As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support and ensuring the smooth running of daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Lesson Delivery: Confidently cover lessons when required, delivering engaging and structured content in the teacher's absence.
- Behaviour Management: Utilise strong behaviour management and de-escalation techniques to maintain a safe, calm, and productive learning environment.
- Positive Role Model: Inspire students with your actions, fostering trust and encouraging them to develop their confidence, resilience, and social skills.
- Tailored Support: Work closely with students in small classes of just 6 learners, providing 1:1 and small group interventions tailored to their needs.
- Competitive Pay: £100 - £130 per day, based on experience and qualifications.
