Job Overview

We are looking for individuals with relevant experience in Youth work, gang violence, social, emotional and mental health, challenging behaviour and/or sexual exploitation to join our team as SEND Class Teachers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach SEND classes, fostering a supportive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop bespoke educational pathways.
  • Liaise with students, parents, and external agencies to ensure individual needs are met.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • UK QTS qualification.
  • An excellent track record of knowledge and practice with children with SEN.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive approach, able to build strong relationships with students, staff, and the community.
