Join Our Team as a Guest Service Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Hilton Hotels. As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our guests feel welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for guests, including handling room assignments and key cards.
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders and delivering food and drinks to guests.
  • Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused industry, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent grooming standards and a professional manner.
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team, with a calm and efficient demeanor.
