Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Group Bookings: You will be responsible for managing group bookings, ensuring all guest requirements are met, and providing a positive experience for our guests.
- Responding to Guest Enquiries: You will respond to guest enquiries and requests in a timely manner, providing accurate and helpful information to ensure their stay with us is enjoyable.
- Ensuring Guest Requirements: You will ensure all guest requirements are met throughout their stay, including handling any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Providing Outstanding Service: You will provide outstanding service to our guests, ensuring their experience with us is exceptional and memorable.
- Liaising with Internal and External Personnel: You will liaise with internal and external personnel to resolve guest queries and ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
- Monitoring Inbound Emails: You will monitor inbound emails and resolve any issues at first point of contact, ensuring our guests receive a prompt and helpful response.

Requirements:

- Excellent Attention to Detail: You will need excellent attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
