Join Our Team as a Guest Service Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Hilton Hotels. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, including handling room assignments and key cards.
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders and delivering food and drinks to guests.
  • Maximize room occupancy and promote hotel services and facilities to guests.
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-focused industry.
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills.
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Excellent grooming standards.
  • Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude when working with guests.
  • Professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service.
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
  • Competent level of IT proficiency.
