Lead a High-Performing Payroll Team
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Payroll Operations Lead to join our dynamic team at JD Sports. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely processing of payroll for a large number of employees across various locations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of payroll specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the payroll function.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in payroll legislation and best practices.
