About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Gilson. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing outstanding customer support and have excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, orders, and relationships, as well as providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Manage customer relationships and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilitiesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
