About the Job

We are seeking a professional who can co-ordinate welfare support services and help first line managers with their staff's welfare needs. The successful candidate will be able to lead a specialist team to promote and support staff welfare for Met Command & Control.

Job Description:

  • Improve the support offered to employees and enhance the way we recognise and reward our teams
  • Work to improve staff wellbeing, reduce absenteeism and assist staff with the Attendance Management Policy
  • Help design and deliver people strategies while supervising your team

Requirements:

  • A relevant experience as a team leader or supervisor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary of £41,101 per annum, including a shift disturbance allowance of 12.5%
