**Job Description:** We seek a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Global Client Director, who will focus on selling GP Strategies' Leadership and DEI solutions to a targeted list of global clients.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Establish and execute annual business development plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with senior executives and key contacts within target accounts to build relationships and understand their business needs.
  • Partner with internal business units to deliver value to clients and drive growth.
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets of minimum £2m via sales of GP leadership and DEI products, services, and solutions.

**Requirements:** Degree educated in a related field, with prior experience in Leadership Development, DEI, and L&D sales, demonstrating revenue in excess of £2m annually over a consecutive period of time.

**Estimated Salary:** £120,000 - £180,000 per annum.
