The Team
We are seeking a skilled Pricing Manager to join our Global Revenue Management team, reporting to the Revenue Management Lead EMEA. As a critical member of this team, you will play a vital role in supporting deal pricing and portfolio pricing functions across all major GPS product lines, including Payments, Receipts, CashPro, and Liquidity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and execute activities to successfully deliver Revenue Management objectives, including revenue growth and portfolio pricing initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with business partners such as Sales, Product Management, Technology, Operations & Servicing to identify opportunities to improve operating margin and win business.
- Lead and manage EMEA Deal Review Committee, managing stakeholders, coordinating minutes, escalations, and follow-ups, including monitoring approved deals and submissions to Global Deal Review.
- Improve portfolio and client pricing transparency and competitive insights/intelligence to grow market share through advanced portfolio analyses, including industry research, trend identification, benchmarking, and cross-sell proliferation.
- Liaise with Global Billing Product Management on new client pricing and impacts to billing platforms.
- Conduct Global Revenue Management routines, including deal pricing activities, portfolio reporting, and setting up new routines with the Global Billing Team.
- Engage with functional partners to periodically assess products from a financial and competitive standpoint.
- Enhance team succession and resiliency plans, including continued automation of critical tasks, strengthening business controls, and identifying risks.
What we are looking for
- Experience in transaction banking or product management capacity.
- Knowledge of Bank of America's GPS products, sales, operations, technology, and/or risk/compliance environment.
- Prior experience with billing & analysis systems, portfolio or client pricing concepts.
- Strong financial and analytical skills.
- A creative and inquisitive mind that challenges status quo and conventional wisdom.
- Computer and system literacy, including the Microsoft Office Suite, with Alteryx, Tableau, Macros, and SQL experience a plus.
- Capacity to understand financial dynamics of various products and clients.
- Confident and Agile: Seeking strong communicators who value giving and receiving feedback, easily build relationships, and who are quick thinking, flexible, and always learning and sharing knowledge.
Salary Range: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
