Job Title: Global Leader of Customer Retention
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Global Leader of Customer Retention to join our team at BlueOptima group. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our customer success efforts and driving retention and growth through data-driven strategies and exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a customer success strategy that aligns with our business objectives, working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Lead a high-performing customer success team, focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer onboarding, support, and overall customer journey.
- Continuously improve customer success metrics, reporting, and processes to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Work with customers to understand their needs and goals, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new revenue streams.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related fields, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- A deep understanding of SaaS business models and customer success best practices.
- Experience working with enterprise-level customers, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to use data to identify trends and risks in account health.
