Senior Leadership Opportunity

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the college's ambitious fundraising strategy to secure significant philanthropic income. As Head of Development, you will work closely with the Development Director and Principal to drive transformative change.

The position involves designing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising plan to increase philanthropic income, building relationships with major donors, trusts, foundations, and corporate partners, and championing fundraising initiatives across the college.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute a strategic fundraising approach to significantly enhance philanthropic income.
  • Bond with key stakeholders, including major donors, trusts, foundations, and corporate partners.
  • Promote fundraising efforts throughout the college, engaging staff and students in supporting strategic objectives.
  • Design tailored proposals and strategies to secure substantial gifts, focusing on six- and seven-figure contributions.
  • Collaborate with the Development team to deliver innovative giving programs and ensure exceptional donor stewardship.
