Job Title

We are seeking a talented Director of Development Initiatives to join our team at Brellis Recruitment. The successful candidate will lead ambitious fundraising initiatives at one of the most prestigious university colleges in the world.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in transforming a dynamic graduate community, deeply embedded in a world-class academic institution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies to support the college's goals.

The salary for this position is £48,235-£62,407 p.a., depending on experience.

Beyond your passion for fundraising, we are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
