We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our client's development team as Head of Development. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in transforming a dynamic graduate community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with major donors, trusts, foundations, and corporate partners. They will work closely with the Development Director and Principal to lead the development team and deliver innovative fundraising initiatives.

Our client is a world-renowned graduate college, deeply embedded in a world-class academic institution. The college is embarking on an ambitious decade-long plan to secure significant philanthropic funding, redefine its estate, enrich the student experience, and solidify its financial future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with major donors, trusts, foundations, and corporate partners
  • Champion fundraising initiatives across the college, engaging the entire community to support strategic priorities
  • Collaborate with the development team to deliver innovative giving programs and ensure excellent donor stewardship
