Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to three high-level executives in our international TV and film production company.

About the Role: As an EA, you will:

  • Manage complex diaries for three senior individuals, prioritizing tasks and allocating time efficiently
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and hospitality arrangements, ensuring seamless logistics and technical support
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, reminders, and minutes, maintaining accurate records and action points
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and expenses, ensuring timely payment and reconciliation

Requirements and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Demonstrable experience as an EA in a matrix international organization, supporting multiple senior individuals
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, with experience using project management tools

Salary and Benefits: The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.
