Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced High-Level Executive Support Specialist to join our team as an Executive Assistant to Group Chief Audit Executive.

About the Role

This is a highly sought-after position that offers the opportunity to work closely with a senior leader and contribute to the success of our organization.

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to the Group Chief Audit Executive, enabling them to focus on key business management and people processes.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Managing the executive office and ensuring its smooth operation
  • Coordinating the delivery of key pieces of work across multiple areas of the team
  • Providing full diary management for the Group CAE
  • Proactively organizing engagement activity on behalf of the Group CAE
  • Collating daily briefing packs for the Group CAE
  • Reviewing incoming emails and requests, responding or gathering information to allow the executive to respond
  • Occasional secretariat cover for leadership and governance meetings

You will also be responsible for managing people processes in Workday, supporting function-wide events, and coordinating Zoom webinars and in-person events.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working flexibly and in a highly organized way
  • The ability to adapt to changing priorities and multi-task while delivering high-quality standards
  • A background of building and maintaining quality relationships with executives and senior management, demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and influencing skills
  • The skills to prioritize workloads and that of a wider team, in line with the priorities of the executive

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
