We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant

To support leaders within EU ATS, we need an energetic, bright, and motivated individual with a history of high performance.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  1. Management of complex scheduling
  2. Organize, prioritize, and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action required is addressed in a timely manner
  3. Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
  4. Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
  5. Manage domestic and international travel as needed
  6. Lead engagement activities across the organisation
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
  2. Experience as an Executive Assistant
  3. Experience with executive level calendar management
  4. Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Experience leading process improvements
  2. Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
  3. Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
