The ideal candidate will have experience as an Executive Assistant at C-suite level, managing complex schedules over different time zones. They will possess strong academic background, confidence to introduce own processes, and excellent MS office skills.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is between £70,000 and £80,000 + benefits, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • Managing and monitoring busy inboxes to ensure seamless communication.
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings in person and online across multiple time zones.
  • Managing schedules, itineraries, and travel arrangements to facilitate efficient movement.
  • Escalating and delegating review of documents in preparation for meetings to ensure accuracy.
  • Working with stakeholders to coordinate speaking engagements and media interviews often at short notice.
  • Event logistics for speaker events to create engaging experiences.
  • Coordination across the Senior Management Team Meetings, board, and client meetings to maintain smooth operations.
  • Producing agendas, minutes, and actions for the Board to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Liaising with institutional investors to establish strong relationships.
  • Initiating and coordinating internal social events and employee engagement to foster a positive work environment.
  • Supporting international senior staff during visits to the London office to provide exceptional assistance.

Your Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant at C-suite level.
  • Ability to manage complex schedules over different time zones.
