Job Title: Wealth Administrator
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Wealth Administrator to join our team at Burgh Recruitment Ltd (Financial Services). As a Wealth Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Wealth Managers in delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full client review meeting process from end to end.
- Update Confidential Financial Reviews and input/updating.
- Process and chase Letter of Authority.
- Complete fund switches and send fund switch letters.
- Handle incoming calls and delegate action to other team members.
- Respond to Client Inquiries (Technical and administrative).
- Manage workflow through Salesforce and Business Trackers.
- Continuous learning and development bespoke towards your ambitions and goals.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services.
- Proficient in the use of Salesforce software.
- High level of attention to detail & excellent organisation skills.
- High standard of written & verbal communication skills.
- Highly IT literate, including advanced MS Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word skills.
- Keeps calm when faced with conflicting demands and handles these effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a professional, proactive and positive attitude.
- Opportunity to complete CII exams.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as working on shared goals as part of a team.
- Manages time effectively with the ability to multi-task.
