Wealth Administrator Job Description

The role of a Wealth Administrator is to provide exceptional support to our Wealth Managers, ensuring the smooth delivery of our financial services to clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full client review meeting process, including updating confidential financial reviews and processing letters of authority. Your excellent organizational and communication skills will enable you to efficiently handle incoming calls and delegate tasks to other team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full client review meeting process from end to end.
  • Update confidential financial reviews and manage workflow through Salesforce and Business Trackers.
  • Process and chase letters of authority, and complete fund switches, sending fund switch letters as required.
  • Handle incoming calls and delegate action to other team members.
  • Respond to client inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Continuously learn and develop bespoke skills and knowledge towards your ambitions and goals.

Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services, with a strong understanding of the industry and its regulations.
  • Proficient in the use of Salesforce software, with advanced Excel, Teams, and Word skills.
  • High level of attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and high standard of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a professional, proactive, and positive attitude.
