About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Learning Experience Manager to join our team in London.

About LEK: As a global strategy consulting firm, we help business leaders achieve practical results with real impact. Our team specializes in Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) support across corporates and private equity.

The Role: The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to set direction for employee development at LEK. This includes developing the European Learning Programme, conducting training needs analysis, and ensuring timely delivery of programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning and managing the full learning experience across Europe
  • Conducting training needs analysis at all levels
  • Ensuring on-time delivery of programmes, enabling high participation and continuous improvement
  • Developing new training experiences based on future talent and business needs
  • Rigorously evaluating the full offering to ensure excellence and drive continuous improvements

About You:

We are looking for someone with significant experience in adult learning, instructional design, and training. You should have experience leading and developing direct reports, particularly managing a distributed team. Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills are also essential.

Estimated Salary:$80,000 - $100,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
