Lead Corporate Learning Experience

We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Learning Director to lead our learning and development initiatives across Europe. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing formal learning experiences that meet the needs of our global workforce.

Job Summary:

  • Owning and managing the full learning experience across Europe
  • Conducting training needs analysis (TNA) at all levels
  • Ensuring on-time delivery of programmes, enabling high participation and continuous improvement
  • Developing new training experiences based on future talent and business needs
  • Defining and overseeing the delivery of new projects to improve learning effectiveness on an ongoing basis

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the L&D Steering Committee
  • Collaborate with sectors (i.e., consulting business units) and functional groups to understand industry and client needs and pivot learning and training approaches as necessary
  • Manage suppliers, including value-for-money analysis and content co-design
  • Guide L&D team members in managing the direction of the curriculum through planning, content design, teaching format, timing by level, instructional methods, etc.
  • Work with L&D team members to ideate and deliver train-the-trainer support to enable impactful learning experiences across different formats

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in adult learning, instructional design, and training experience, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Experience leading and developing direct reports, particularly managing a distributed team
  • Strong commercial acumen and navigating business dynamics
  • Ability to plan and manage multiple competing priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrable experience in developing learning and competency frameworks plus implementing a learning ecosystem
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management; able to adapt to different audiences/styles/cultures
  • Fluent English (C2)

The salary range for this position is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, with additional benefits including flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic and innovative company like LEK.
