An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Learning Manager to join our team. As an L&D Manager – Core Learning, you will play a key role in delivering a comprehensive, modern approach to compliance and regulatory L&D solutions, partnering with business stakeholders to onboard new employees, and managing relationships with shared services partners.

This role offers a unique chance to work with a global organization, leveraging the Apprenticeship Levy to develop and embed a robust, scalable approach to measurement and insight generation.

You will work closely with the L&D Lead and other stakeholders to design and develop programs and solutions that support the development of global skills and behaviors across the business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong L&D background, combining modern, blended learning methods with the achievement of business outcomes. They should possess experience in developing and using measurement and evaluation strategies that extend beyond Kirkpatrick and Phillips.

A strong communicator with excellent presentation and influencing skills, they will be able to build trusting relationships at all levels of the business. Financial Services experience is highly desirable, particularly in the compliance aspect of this role.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including a comprehensive pension scheme, life assurance, and 25 days' annual leave.
