Strategic Business Growth Manager, UK Affinity

The role of Strategic Business Growth Manager for WTW's GB Affinity unit presents a unique opportunity to drive profitable new business into the UK market. Reporting directly to the Head of Affinity GB, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective go-to-market strategies that leverage our full breadth of affinity solutions.
Job DescriptionThis is a senior position that requires strong leadership and collaboration skills. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including CRB and HWB colleagues, as well as external partners, to deliver strategic business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute annual go-to-market plans to secure new business in line with financial growth targets;
- IDentify key decision makers and influencers, generating positive relationships and recognition of our capabilities;
- Drive awareness of and demand for WTW Affinity solutions both internally and externally across our primary target markets;
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong business development and leadership skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A proven track record of delivering strategic business growth objectives;
- Familiarity with affinity marketing and sales principles;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed team environment.
We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
