We're seeking a Category Manager to join our Trade Marketing Team. As a Category Manager, you'll be our category & brand expert in front of top clients, defining 4Ps plans customized by account considering business priorities and taking into account brand guidelines. You'll also be a key member of our team, fueling brands knowledge by building and sharing best practices on implemented activities or defining new initiatives to be tested in the market.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the launch plan for Key Accounts channel, including innovation toolkit/presentation.
- Present to customers, gather recommendations for assortment, plano, visibility & communication plan.
- Prepare for Top 2 Top meetings with Key Account Managers.
- Monitor sell-out continuously for best practices and address out-of-stock issues.
- Analyze market data and other brand initiatives daily.
- Lead the development of assortment and layout recommendations for defined customers.
- Identify category management opportunities for new customers.
- Support promotional and extra visibility plans for Top Accounts.
- Analyze promotional activities and competitors' plans.
- Coordinate transversal channel and customer-specific activities, both offline and online.
- Conduct monthly meetings with sales and demand teams to discuss promotional mechanics and volumes.
- Contribute to SD transversal projects and develop plans for Sales reps team in the Key Accounts channel.
- Lead POS animation and client events.
- Develop and lead sell-out analysis dashboards and reports for top accounts.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Key Account Managers, Sales teams, marketing teams and other internal stakeholders.
