Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the UK coach industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading scale-up company that is revolutionising the way coaches operate across Europe.

About Our Client

Our client is a Scandinavian Travel-Tech scale-up established in 2016, specialising in developing and delivering advanced digital solutions for bus and coach companies. They are committed to modernising the coach industry and expanding their services across the UK and globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and manage relationships with coach operators and partners to migrate them to the company's platform.
  • Assist clients in optimising their processes and operations through the platform.
  • Build a network of coach partners to enable seamless collaboration within the UK and across national borders.
Requirements
  • A commercially-minded individual with strong skills in developing business and partnerships.
  • Demonstrable experience of owning full sales cycles and a proven track record of commercial success.
  • Interest in technology and digital solutions.
What We Offer

The successful candidate will be responsible for helping change and modernise the coach industry both in the UK and globally. Salary: £60k-£80k basic (flexible for the right candidate), plus car allowance and performance-related variable pay.
