We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Business Specialist to join our team in Melton Mowbray. As a senior member of our Business Services team, you will be responsible for providing high-level client work, efficiently and within budget, requiring minimal assistance and supervision.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team. You should be familiar with accounting software and have a strong understanding of the accounting industry. ACA or ACCA qualified, or part qualified, is essential for this role.

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we also provide flexible working arrangements through our 'How we work' policy, mental health support, time to volunteer for charitable work, and a discretionary Christmas bonus.
