Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Training Administrator. As a key member of our Digital Training team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for the Electronic Patient Record (Epic) training delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate training resources to meet the needs of the service and support the training offering.
  • Provide coordinated administration and clerical support for the Digital Training team.
  • Act as the key contact within the Training Team for Trust-wide managers and staff.
  • Lead on specific engagement activities to promote Epic Training opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Aptitude to learn new systems and process workflows quickly.
  • Existing skills and experience in using an LMS, call logging software, Outlook email, calendars, and MS Teams.
  • Ability to remain focused under pressure in a busy office environment.
