Senior Care Administrator

Job Type: Full time, 30 - 37 hours per week (to include Monday and Friday)
Contract Type: Permanent
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Care Administrator to join our team at Little Bridge House. As a key member of our administration function, you will provide administrative support to our skilled and supportive multi-disciplinary team.
Main responsibilities include:
- Dealing with incoming calls from families and professionals
- Assisting with the administration of the referral process for children
- Maintenance of the care database
- Producing reports
- Maintaining the records of the children that use our service
- Supervising paid and voluntary administrative support as required
Applicants must be able to work on their own initiative, prioritize workloads, have an eye for detail, possess strong all-around communication skills, and have experience organizing a busy office. Strong IT skills, including working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as experience using databases, are essential.
