We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Accounts Assistant to join our team at HMM (Europe) Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and reporting all accounting documents, as well as liaising between departments and external agents.
Key Responsibilities- Process and report all accounting documents in a timely and accurate manner.
- Liaise with departments and external agents to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues.
- Manage and control daily closing reports, payment approval requests, and vendor bank account confirmations.
- Prepare and submit weekly performance reports, as well as monthly accounting closing materials.
- Assist with IFRS quarterly closing, BI input, and Jusuk input.
- Identify and report variances between budget and actual expenses.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by the manager.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of accounting procedures and systems, including Compass and SAP.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to seek and adopt best approaches.
- Korean language skills, although not essential.
- Degree in a relevant field or similar field.
- Relevant professional qualification.
