Youth Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our Campbell Road Young Peoples service in Tower Hamlets. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and housing for young people who are either leaving care or affected by youth homelessness.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of young people and deliver positive outcomes for all our service users.
- Support young people to reach independence, maintain their tenancies, and keep safe.
- Work proactively with other members of the team to handle the service caseload and administrative responsibilities.
- Conduct regular key work sessions to achieve Support Plan goals and ensure ongoing assessment and management of risks associated with customers.
- Provide support with daily living activities, including practical assistance where skills are not yet developed.
- Develop links with local statutory and voluntary organisations to provide a range of engagement opportunities for customers in the community.
- Empower customers to ensure they receive the service and benefits they are entitled to.
- Encourage and enable tenants to pay their rent and ensure that rent accounts are managed effectively.
- Ensure Look Ahead Health and Safety policies are adhered to at all times.
