In this position, you will assist young individuals who are not engaged in education, employment, or training (NEET) by performing comprehensive needs evaluations, crafting personalized pathway strategies, and offering essential guidance to facilitate their access to educational, vocational, and employment avenues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a portfolio of NEET young individuals, executing needs evaluations and formulating tailored pathway strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the EET Coordinator and Personal Advisors to devise and accomplish feasible EET pathways.
  • Deliver information, advice, and guidance to empower young individuals in securing educational, vocational, and employment opportunities.
  • Assist young individuals with application procedures for educational institutions, job placements, grants, bursaries, and scholarships.
  • Engage in reviews, case discussions, and other professional gatherings, providing ongoing support.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in conducting needs evaluations and creating individualized pathway strategies for young individuals.
  • Demonstrated experience in aiding application processes for educational institutions, job placements, grants, bursaries, and scholarships.
  • Experience in participating in reviews, case discussions, and other professional meetings.
  • Experience working directly with NEET young individuals to foster their progression.

What We Offer:

Salary: Starting at £23 per hour

*Potential for negotiation for outstanding candidates, based on experience*

Contract Type: Minimum of 3-6 months, with a strong possibility of extension

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
