Unlock Opportunities in Community Physiotherapy

As a Community Rehab Physiotherapist, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for patients in our community. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional care, and we're looking for a dedicated physiotherapist to join our ranks.

With a degree in physiotherapy or equivalent, you'll bring a solid understanding of EBP and a broad knowledge of NHS healthcare. We're seeking candidates who can demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills, along with a high level of clinical knowledge and reasoning.

In this role, you'll have the chance to develop your skills in various clinical specialties, including intermediate care units, paediatrics, neurological inpatient rehabilitation, and community therapy teams. Our rotations enable newly qualified physiotherapists to gain experience and build confidence in a supportive environment.

At the Transformation Unit, we offer a comprehensive preceptorship program for new starters, designed to facilitate their journey to becoming fully autonomous practitioners. This includes training, watched assessments, and opportunities to network and learn throughout their first year in employment.
