The AICS Group specialises in providing community-based rehabilitation and support to our clients who have a brain injury, cerebral palsy, spinal injuries, learning disabilities, complex behaviour, live in support and social and personal needs.

Job Description

As a Support Worker, you will work with our clients who require support with their rehabilitation goals in a busy and varied environment. You will be working with a range of health and social care professionals to provide the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing support with rehabilitation goals
  • Working with health and social care professionals
  • Providing care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Liaising with healthcare professionals daily
  • Ability to work in a client's home

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in health and social care
  • UK Driving License
  • Moving and handling
  • Rehab experience
  • Basic understanding of developmental delay and cognitive impairment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good IT skills
