We're seeking an experienced Community Rehab Physiotherapist to join our team at the Transformation Unit. As a physiotherapist, you'll work closely with patients to develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans that cater to their unique needs and goals.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in community rehabilitation, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care. You'll have access to a supervised caseload, continuing professional development, and the chance to progress to more senior roles within the organization.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £30,000-£38,000 per annum, taking into account the location and industry standards.
