**The Role**

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our expanding Rapid Response team. As a key member of our team, you will act as the primary contact for incident reports to the Operations Centre.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Dispatch the nearest vehicle recovery operator with the appropriate equipment to the scene within agreed timescales.
  • Oversee the incident to a successful resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with Highways England and various police forces nationwide.
  • Provide comprehensive, 24/7 telephone support to individuals in need of assistance.

**What We Offer**

  • Salary: £27,091 per annum depending on experience + £2600 performance bonus paid quarterly.
  • Annual leave: 24 days, which increases to 26 based on tenure, plus public holidays and an additional day off for your birthday.
