Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our branch, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing multiple tasks, and ensuring seamless vehicle movements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to customers, resolving queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Task Management: Effectively manage multiple tasks, including administration of customer accounts, vehicle movements, and other branch activities.
  • Communication: Maintain excellent communication with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed.
