About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Rapid Response team at FMG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive, 24/7 telephone support service to those in need of urgent assistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients over the phone, responding to their needs and resolving incidents in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with Highways England and police forces across the UK to manage incidents and provide support as required.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage pressured situations in a sensitive and professional way, prioritizing tasks and making sound decisions to resolve incidents.
  • Utilize IT systems to effectively manage incidents and provide support to clients.
