About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for visitors and clients.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, diaries, and catering arrangements.
  • Provide switchboard support and handle incoming calls and messages.
  • Assist the wider team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Manage supplier and contractor relationships, including ordering stationery and weekly food supplies.
  • Coordinate health and safety initiatives and serve as a fire warden.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Proficient in MS Office and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
