About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paediatric Nurse to join our Paediatric Neurorehabilitation and Complex Care team at London Bridge Hospital. As a Senior Paediatric Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of the department.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical care to children with complex needs, including those with tracheostomies.
- Lead and mentor junior nurses, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.
- Participate in audits and quality improvement projects to continually improve patient outcomes and care.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement holistic care plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
- NMC Child Registered Nurse (RN Child / RSCN) with immediate paediatric life support.
- Experience working within Paediatric Neurorehabilitation and complex care needs.
- Desirable: Experience with tracheostomised patients and teaching and mentoring experience.
