Clinical Nurse Specialist Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at The Portland Hospital, a leading provider of privately funded healthcare in the UK. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Paediatric Spinal Surgery, you will be responsible for providing holistic and evidence-based care to patients undergoing spinal surgery.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide specialist nursing advice and emotional support to patients and their families. You will be an advocate for the patient, driving service development and staff education to ensure the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialist nursing advice and emotional support to patients and their families

- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to patients
- Advocate for patients and their families to ensure their needs are met
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Children's Nursing Qualification, 5 years post-registration experience in Children's nursing, and a First degree in nursing or a health-related subject. You will also need to have relevant qualifications in specialist areas, such as Paediatric Life Support, and experience of audit and research relevant to the specialism.
