Senior Staff Nurse: Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) team at London Bridge Hospital. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, developing and implementing holistic care plans, and mentoring junior nurses.

About the Role:

  • NMC Child Registered Nurse (RN Child / RSCN) with immediate paediatric life support
  • Post Graduate experience working in a PICU setting
  • Understanding of Safeguarding issues
  • Teaching and mentoring experience desirable
  • Completion of a PICU Course that is equivalent to 60 credits
  • Excellent clinical governance and experience with audits
  • Experience of supervising and assessing students and shift leading is desirable
