Job Title: Support Worker x5 - Transforming Lives in Tower Hamlets

We are seeking compassionate and resilient Support Workers to join our Theresa House and Hamlets Way services in Tower Hamlets. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in developing effective support and risk management plans for our customers. You will also support customers with aspects of their day-to-day living, including social and physical activities, medication, benefit entitlements, and maintaining living standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers with dignity and respect in aspects of their day-to-day living
  • Undertake key-working responsibilities for a caseload assigned by the Team Leader/Manager
  • Undertake initial and continuous assessment of needs and potential risks and agree levels of support and actions
  • Create support/action plans for providing appropriate services based on the assessment and reflecting the services and resources available

About You:

We are looking for individuals who enjoy social interaction and the company of others, are approachable and open in their behaviour, and prefer working as part of a group or team. You should be fundamentally calm and resilient, with a practical and logical mind and a naturally well-organised approach. You should also be flexible, open to feedback and self-development, and thrive on change and dynamic diverse environments.
