About the Role

We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team in Tower Hamlets. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with care needs, empowering them to improve their quality of life and realise their hopes and dreams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support with personal care and domestic tasks
  • Support individuals to access work, education, and social opportunities
  • Work in a flexible manner, on a roster basis, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
  • Use positive communication and engagement skills to build strong relationships with service users
