About the Role

We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our Tower Hamlets extra care services. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support to older people, empowering them to maintain a healthy state of wellbeing, mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support with personal care and domestic tasks
  • Support individuals to access work, education, and social opportunities
  • Work in a flexible manner, on a roster basis, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
  • Use our free app to pick up shifts in any area of the country and access information on the service and shifts
Requirements

We are looking for calm, resourceful, and energetic Relief Support Workers who are highly motivated, hardworking, and keen to support older people. You will have well-honed skills in positive communication and engagement, and will be able to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for our all our service users.
