Female Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Female Extra Care Support Worker. This role involves providing support to older adults in a proactive and holistic manner, promoting their wellbeing and independence.
The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in positive communication and engagement, with the ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for all service users. They will work alongside members of the person's support circle to empower individuals to achieve their life goals, maintain a healthy state of wellbeing, and access work, education, and social opportunities.
Creative Support is a not-for-profit organisation providing high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with various needs. As a successful candidate, you will receive a full local and corporate induction, and have the opportunity to discuss your training and development needs during regular supervision and appraisal meetings.
The role requires flexibility, with a roster basis that includes evenings and weekends. Previous experience is not essential, but a can-do attitude and gumption are highly valued. You will be required to work in a proactive and supportive manner, providing assistance with personal care and domestic tasks, and promoting the personal skills and interests of the individuals we support.
