Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the bridging and development finance sector.

- Work closely with the underwriting, credit, and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of transactions and exceptional service delivery.

- Attend a minimum of 2-3 appointments per day to foster client relationships and secure new business.
- Work within set targets to drive performance and achieve sales goals.

- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience within a secured lending or residential mortgage market.
- Proven track record of sales & service.
- Experience working with B2B & B2C clients, including intermediaries, brokers, and direct borrowers within a secured lending background.
- Strong understanding of bridging and development finance products and services.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, developers, and financial intermediaries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, passionate with a desire to succeed in all areas.
