Job Description:
As an Account Growth Specialist at BMS Performance Ltd, you will be responsible for managing high-profile accounts with sites spanning over 100 locations throughout Northern Ireland. You will visit sites and be the first point of contact for clients, dealing with diverse range of queries, customer service issues, and technical issues. You will provide a high level of customer service to clients, while also being comfortable in a client-facing environment. Your ability to work under pressure and think on your feet will be essential in this fast-paced role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage high-profile accounts with sites spanning over 100 locations throughout Northern Ireland
- Visit sites and be the first point of contact for clients
- Deal with diverse range of queries, customer service issues, and technical issues
- Provide a high level of customer service to clients

Requirements:
- Proven success in account management and customer service
- Ability to work under pressure and think on your feet
- Highly organised
- Comfortable in a client-facing environment
